Umbrella Plant (Schefflera) is prone to scale insects, which cause the leaves to be sticky. If this occurs, wipe the leaves and treat with Neem oil. Drooping leaves is due to either over or underwatering. Check your watering schedule and adjust accordingly. If its leaves are dropping off this is a sign there has been a temperature fluctuation. If this has not occurred it could be due to overwatering. If this is the case allow the soil to dry out and reduce your watering frequency going forward. |
